SAIFbio Inc. ("SAIFbio", "we") is a nonprofit public charity recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 42-2661289). This policy covers saifbio.org and the internal applications we operate to run the organization.

Through this website, we collect only what you choose to send us — for example, the name, contact details, and message you submit through our donation inquiry form — plus the basic technical logs any web server records.

In our internal systems, we keep the records needed to operate a nonprofit: contact information for donors, grantees, and vendors; contribution, grant, and expense records; and the tax information (such as EINs and tax status) required for compliance and reporting.

We use this information to operate SAIFbio: responding to inquiries, processing and acknowledging donations, making and monitoring grants, paying vendors, and meeting our legal and tax obligations (such as IRS Form 990 reporting and required acknowledgement letters).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate our systems (such as hosting, database, accounting, and email-delivery providers), and where disclosure is required by law.

We retain records for as long as needed to run the organization and to satisfy tax and legal requirements. Access to our internal systems is restricted to SAIFbio's team.
